Emu Wire has been weaving ornamental wire fencing since 1991 — made to your fence line, not a standard panel, and shipped safely to Adelaide.
Emu Wire comes in a roll, with a minimum order of 5 metres, then in 1 metre increments up to a maximum of 20 metres per powder coated roll or 25 metres per uncoated roll, cut to the length your job needs.
The difference between a good wire fence and a great one is the wire. We build on 4mm LifeMax coated wire, not the thinner, standard galvanised wire most suppliers use. LifeMax wire carries a thicker, more durable coating, which means your fence holds its line, shrugs off rust and looks sharp for decades rather than years. It is a step up in material, and it is why our fences outlast cheaper woven wire.
Order your heritage wire fence left raw galvanised for a traditional rural look that weathers naturally, or powder coated to suit the house. Powder coating is available in a range of colours, so you can match your fence to your trim, your roof or your garden. Tell us the finish you want and we will make it to suit. Heritage wire fencing suits period homes, rural properties, vineyards and lifestyle blocks alike. It lets light and views through where a solid fence would block them, it looks beautiful against a cottage garden, and it keeps stock, pets and kids where they belong without shouting about it.
Not sure how heritage wire compares to chain wire or Colorbond? They are very different fences. Chain wire is utilitarian and cheap, but it sags and rusts quickly and adds little to a character home. Colorbond is solid, private and low maintenance, but it is a modern look and a solid visual wall. Heritage woven wire splits the difference: the timeless look of a traditional wire fence with a coating designed to outlast both.
Our wire fencing is expertly crafted to blend seamlessly with the aesthetic of older properties, giving your home a touch of authenticity while ensuring durability and rust resistance.
Secure and aesthetically pleasing, Emu Wire protects your plants while adding a touch of elegance to your outdoor spaces.
